Casa Pedrinho is a truly charming villa and ideally situated in the quiet Cerro Grande area of Albufeira, with views over the countryside to the sea & the new Marina. There is a 18 hole Golf Course within a 10 minute drive. Although a car is not absolutely essential it is advisable. The villa is well furnished, carpeted throughout, and with the bamboo furnishings in the lounge/dining room it conveys the great care and comfortable standards of the owners. The lounge has Satellite TV (limited channels) Compact Disc player/tape deck. French windows from the lounge leads to the front terrace and pool.

Casa do Quadrante is situated high in the cliffs of Albufeira - this exquisite property is a well known landmark for fishermen out at night laying their lobster pots, within walking distance of the lovely new Marina. It has been restored from a cluster of fishermen's cottages and its bouganvilla covered terraces incorporate a very good sized crystal clear private swimming pool where one can spend hours enjoying stunning views and watch the sun setting in the ocean. There is also a barbecue. This is a perfect house for the connoisseur who appreciates the traditional Portuguese farmhouse but who enjoys a few creature comforts. This property is ideal for two families as one bedroom is completely separate from the house thus giving privacy. The living room has SAT TV limited channels.
