Casa Pedrinho is a large family villa set in a courtyard garden only a few minutes walk from the centre of Praia da Luz and all the village facilities, and just a few minutes from the beach. There are peeping views of the cliffs between the houses. The entire ground floor is rented as a spacious 4 bedroom villa; a new upper floor (2008) is locked off for the owner's personal use during the winter months. Car hire is not essential.

This well furnished property consists of: Master bedroom (queen-sized bed) with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with twin beds, sharing bathroom with shower cubicle & bath. A fourth bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room is accessed via its own doorway, thus making this property ideal for 2 families.

The large comfortably furnished lounge with Sat TV (card necessary) /Video) has french doors leading to a covered terrace providing an ideal shaded area for sitting or for al-fresco eating. The living room now incorporates air-conditioning.

A new dining room of unusual shape has been constructed adjacent to the kitchen and has a most attractive tiled floor. The fully equipped kitchen/utility has microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge with ice making facilities

The large private pool is set within a sunbathing terrace with plenty of poolside furniture. Adjacent there is a covered barbecue area.

A completely private studio cottage offers accommodation for 2 having kitchenette/full bathroom/own patio & garden and is situated next door to the main house and is ideal if the party exceeds 8 people. This is available as additional or separate let to the main house.

This villa provides daily maid service ( Monday to Friday).
