I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know how pleased we were with the villa. It was stunning. The views were beautiful and the pool was amazing (especially since we had such warm weather). This superb large villa has been extensively modernised and is situated within walking distance from the centre of Praia da Luz (hilly on the way back!). One of the nicest features of Casa Sita is the hedged in large lawned garden, interspersed with colourful borders and shrubs.
The community benefits from an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants and a delightful sandy beach. All amenities can be reached on foot in about eight minutes, a car is not absolutely essential. For the more discerning shopper, the nearby town of Lagos can be reached within ten minutes by car. |

There is an excellent golf course just five minutes drive away. There is ample parking for several cars.
GROUND FLOOR; The front door leads to a small hallway which leads to 3 well furnished bedrooms (one double and 2 twin). The double bedroom has an en suite bedroom and there is one further full bathroom. One double and 1 twin has patio doors leading to the pool area. |

A winding staircase leads to the UPPER LEVEL: There is a large sitting/dining room which has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, Satellite TV, DVD and patio doors leading to the partially covered terrace from where there are beautiful views over the pool down to the sea and also inland towards Lagos. From the terrace a flight of stairs lead down to the pool and garden area.
A new fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and microwave, plus all usual utensils for your party From the kitchen a hall leads through to a further two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom (1 double and 1 twin). Both bedrooms have patio doors, one with access to the upper terrace and the second with access of a small balcony. The bathrooms each have a walk in shower and the only bath is in the main bathroom on the lower floor |

(PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE HOUSE IS BOOKED FOR 8 PEOPLE ONE OF THE UPPER BEDROOMS (DOUBLE BEDROOM) AND BATHROOM WILL BE LOCKED OFF) The good sized swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and the pool also has an overflow feature which creates a children’s pool with access from the lawn. There is a large selection of outside furniture for sunbathing and al-fresco dining. At the side of the pool is a BBQ adjacent to a covered dining area which is ideal for eating al-fresco in the warmer weather.
