Detailed Apartment Description

Apartment 24F is a superb upper 3-bed 2-bath Ocean front property with incredible views over the sea and black Rock.  The apartment is in excellent decorative order and is more a home than a holiday home.  From the wide balcony overlooking the ocean and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and the glorious beach.  The owners operate a “no smoking” policy inside the property.
 
For clients who may not wish to be reliant on a car, the lovely sandy beach of Praia Da Luz, restaurants and bars to suit most tastes is literally just a 2-minute stroll away.   
 
First Floor Accommodation
The first floor accommodation is reached via easy rise steps to the front door, from where the hallway leads to all rooms.  One twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a further double bedroom share a full bathroom.  The master bedroom with a large King sized bed has patio doors leading directly onto the balcony from where there are wonderful views.   This room has the advantage of an extremely spacious bathroom en suite (full bath/shower cubicle, WC & “his & hers” washbasins) and a walk in wardrobe.  A hairdryer is available with this sea view apartment.  
 
Kitchen
A well equipped kitchen with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual utensils for your party.
 
​Lounge and Dining Room
The large lounge/dining area has two large comfortable settees, Internet driven Sat TV (limited channels) DVD, CD . WiFi and dining table and chairs for 6 people (there is woodblock flooring throughout we therefore ask that clients do not totter around in high heels!).   For out of season there is a woodburning stove and a selection of portable heaters.  Large patio doors lead onto the wide balcony that is well equipped for al-fresco dining and sunbathing and from there are just amazing views of the beach & masses of sea!  To give shade from the mid-day sunshine there is a roll out blind.
 
The accommodation does not have pool facilities included, but with the beach and its facilities being practically ‘on the doorstep’, it will prove to be an excellent choice for both families and couples alike.
