​ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE

UPPER FLOOR
This homely, two storey property is literally two minutes, relatively flat walk from the beach.  The entrance is at the rear where there is ample parking. You enter into a small hall which opens onto a large lounge/dining room with Wi-fi and T.V. with all channels and an (electric) wood burner for chilly evenings, where there are two comfortable settees.  In the dining area there is an extendable dining table and chairs.   French windows lead out onto a good sized balcony with a table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining whilst looking at the superb beach and sea view.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

LOWER FLOOR
There are two bedrooms. One large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and built in wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors.
French windows lead out onto a pretty paved balcony and garden with orange trees, bouganvillea and bird of paradise plants. There are sun-loungers for you to relax in this secluded sun trap with shade from the orange trees if necessary.

The second bedroom is a twin room with shower room and WC just next door.  This room also has built in wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors and French windows leading onto a smaller paved area with herb garden and linen line.

There are various restaurants all within 2 minutes walking distance and also 2 very good supermarkets, 2 pharmacies a doctors and dentists and various other shops in the village.

​There are easy and hard walks along the cliff tops in both directions from the village and plenty of water sports activities on the beach.
For the more discerning shopper, a trip into nearby Lagos is approximately a 10 minute drive - (there is a bus stop/taxi rank within a few minutes walk).
