ACCOMMODATION FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE - for families with small children you would need to satisfy yourselves that children would be ok owing to the stairs !
An extremely well furnished 2 bedroom duplex apartment accessed from the rear by a small flight of stairs.
1st floor, with views over rooftops of the sea and black rock , and consists of open plan living space.
KITCHEN AREA : Fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven . Airer , iron and board, blender,toaster, kettle and all usual utensils for your party. Seating at counter for 2 people,
LOUNGE AREA : The good quality furnishings consist of a large sofa, seating 3 and an armchair plus footstool.
Electric portable radiators. The good sized balcony with morning sun, (wonderful set up for breakfast), table and chairs for 4 people plus parasol. TV with good selections of channels including SKY Sports.
Staircase with handrail down to bedrooms as follows : (owing to stairs please satisfy yourself that these are suitable if you have walking difficulties or families with small children before committing to a booking).
BEDROOM 1
King sized bedroom (with premium Egyptian cotton bedding) wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. A small en-suite to main bedroom with shower, sink and WC. There is access to second balcony from sliding doors equipped with 2 deckchairs and two folding chairs. An electric is available
BEDROOM 2 - Twin beds, large window, chest of drawers and hanging space. Further bathroom with bath and shower above, WC sink and bidet. An electric fan is available
** Premium Egyptian cotton bedding) Linen is provided for the property but not for the beach, towels from the property are NOT to be taken to the beach.
Easy access to shops and supermarkets, restaurants church bars and bus stop .
There are various restaurants all within 2 minutes walking distance and also 2 very good supermarkets, 2 pharmacies a doctors and dentists and various other shops in the village.
There are easy and hard walks along the cliff tops in both directions from the village and plenty of water sports activities on the beach.
For the more discerning shopper, a trip into nearby Lagos is approximately a 10 minute drive - (there is a bus stop/taxi rank within a few minutes walk).

September 2024 -Stayed in this apartment for 10 days and cannot fault the accommodation. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Neither of us were particularly mobile during our holiday but the stairs didn’t cause any concern, in fact we found that little extra exercise beneficial!
Kitchen & lounge were splendid as were the bedrooms bathroom/shower and en suite. The location was perfect being minutes from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop. We cannot speak for the TV as we didn’t watch anything - well we were on holiday! (Actually we did switch it on the first day but only for a few minutes to check it worked - which it did!).
Would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. We are home 4 days and have already made enquiries for next September!

Annete - September 2023. We had a wonderful stay at this well kept, clean and gorgeous apartment in September 2023. You get a good sea view from the terrace off the living area upstairs. It has lovely modern furniture and fittings, the beds are supremely comfortable and the owners have been extremely thoughtful about leaving nice little touches with lots of day to day items. There’s a large screen tv with many English channels, including Sky Sports, which went down well with my husband, and WiFi. It’s in a great, central location close to the beach, supermarkets and bus stop, and a car isn’t necessary. This is a real home from home and the owners can be very proud of it. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend it.

Sarah - November 2023 - We had a wonderful week in apartment 1C in November. The space was perfect for two couples, with two shower rooms, a small terrace and a lower courtyard. Access was easy if you don't mind a few steps, and parking was available just outside. However, there is no need for a car if you don't intend to explore the area as the two supermarkets and other shops are very easily reached on foot. We could also walk to all the restaurants in the village, and the beach was minutes away.
The kitchen was clean and well supplied with everything we needed, as was the apartment, with the exception of loungers. There was a deckchair in the wardrobe but we didn't use it as the sun disappeared from the south-facing terrace by noon. The views from there were, however, sensational - of sunrises and the golden hour on the rock. Being November, we were worried about the temperature indoors but it was a warm week so we didn't need the electric radiators supplied in every room. We would stay again.
