4e Rua Do Poco is a large 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in the heart of Luz and just a few minutes stroll from the sandy beach of Praia da Luz. The bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes stroll, making it ideal for a family holiday or for couple or indeed just 2 people looking to be close to all amenities in the village and not be reliant on car hire.

The well equipped apartment is on the ground floor of the block and has dual access from front and rear. There are a few steps to the front door but only one step at the rear through the garden.

Outside the property
A gated good sized and lawned front garden provides the opportunity to enjoy outside dining etc while enjoying the beautiful sea and shoreline view over rooftops and the evening sunset.

An electricly operated yawning protects you from the sun during the day. There is also an assortment of outside furniture, including sun loungers and a BBQ provided.

Inside the apartment has one double bedroom which has the advantage of an en-suite bathroom and has access into the garden. The second bedroom has twin beds.
