4e Rua Do Poco is a large 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in the heart of Luz and just a few minutes stroll from the sandy beach of Praia da Luz. The bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes stroll, making it ideal for a family holiday or for couple or indeed just 2 people looking to be close to all amenities in the village and not be reliant on car hire.
The well equipped apartment is on the ground floor of the block and has dual access from front and rear. There are a few steps to the front door but only one step at the rear through the garden.
Outside the property
A gated good sized and lawned rear garden provides the opportunity for dining etc while enjoying the beautiful sea and shoreline views and the evening sunset.
An electrically operated yawning protects you from the sun during the day. There is also an assortment of outside furniture, including sun loungers and a BBQ provided
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Inside the apartment has one double bedroom which has the advantage of an en-suite bathroom and has access into the garden. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate shower room, with shower cubicle, WC and basin. The fully fitted kitchen comes with a full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, plus all usual utensils for your party.
Sitting Room and Entertainment
The large sitting room/diner is comfortably furnished and has WiFi, Sat TV (freeview) and CD, DVD. Patio doors lead out onto the lawned garden. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Electric shutters throughout. There is also a safe provided free of charge

REVIEWS September 2023 > We stayed in this lovely apartment in September 2023, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have already booked for September/Oct 2024 Annette _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________OCTOBER 2023 We have stayed at 4E before, the location and the outside space are a win win for us ….so to try and be a little more analytical. The apartment is a two bedroom designed for four people, and it is certainly large enough. The internal equipment and cutlery etc are more than adequate, and a nice touch is the dishwasher tablets, a full bottle of washing up liquid and a new dishcloth and sponge. This gives the impression that the owner cares about the client and encourages reciprocal care for the property. The double bed was comfortable and the sheets nicely laundered. We would add that a duvet would suit us better, we don’t like the thought of blankets/ and bedspreads. The wardrobe space in the main bedroom is excellent, that said we travel light ( compared to others) and I think a few more hangers might be beneficial. The separate bathroom shower feels quite claustrophobic and difficult to get in, I think this is the way the doors open. In the lounge my one issue was the arm on the one settee has part of the frame sticking up, it hasn’t yet split the fabric but it may do soon. Outside….the addition of the storage box is a fantastic idea,but this is a 4 person apartment, there are only two sun beds which ( in my opinion) are reaching the end of their life, as the plastic appears very brittle, and the two grey adjustable chairs, I suggest that two plastic recliners ( replacing the grey)with good padding would add a luxury feel, and likewise with the sun beds. Can I also sing the praises of the management, the deep clean between lets was outstanding and the couple of issues we had were resolved quickly with no fuss.
