AT THE END OF 2023 THIS PROPERTY WAS UPDATED WITH NEW BEDS/LINEN/KITCHEN UPGRADE/SOME FURNITURE REPLACED PLUS LOTS OF SUNDRY ITEMS.

This charming well equipped three storey townhouse set one row back from the waterfront properties is a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Praia da Luz.  Steps from the rear lead up to : 

UPPER FLOOR 
When entering the house there is a small hall which opens onto a spacious dining / sitting area with WiFi and large TV with all the channels.  There is a comfortable 2 seater settee and two one seater settees.

The dining room offers a modern glass table with comfortable seating.   French windows  on the top floor open onto a good sized balcony with dining table and chairs. The balcony offers a wonderful view over one roof top of the ocean and Rocha Negra.
Pellet stove insitu, however this is non operational. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob with gas burners and electrical oven. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electrical kettle.
 
MIDDLE FLOOR 
Offers 2 twin bedrooms.  All bedrooms have plenty of fitted wardrobes. The double bedroom with French windows open up to another good sized balcony with sitting area and sea view. The two bedrooms share one modern shower room.
 
GROUND FLOOR 
One double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. Spacious fitted cupboards with plenty of storage space.

The washing machine is housed on this level - you can then hang out in the enclosed area.

Outside there is a good sized private terrace with two sun loungers to relax (being on the ground floor there are obviously no view from this terrace)
 
You really don t need to leave Luz during your holiday as your every need is catered for : two very good supermarkets, two pharmacies, an excellent doctor practice, dentists, bank and other interesting shops in the village.  An efficient bus service offers regular transport to Lagos, which is a wonderful town surrounded by a medieval wall with many tempting restaurants and shops.  Linen provided including beach towels (one per person) which we request are washed by yourselves during your stay.

APRIL 2023 - Firstly…what a lovely house with a beautiful view in an amazing location, please thank the owner we really enjoyed our stay.
Some thoughts about it as a rental property for your information.
1) Stairs, ok for fit young things like us but any mobility issues could be an issue.  (You did tell us and this is noted in description and was not a problem for us)
2) It needs an additional clothes dryer especially as in theory there could be 6 stopping there.
3)We thought that it might be wise to have some “picnic” non breakable glasses especially as the outside space is two stories down.
4) The outside space has lovely loungers and the parasol is great

MAY 2023 - Thank you for your service and we will hopefully be back as Luz is our favourite holiday destination. 
 We booked Casa Pequena for 1 week stay at short notice. The house is in a beautiful and convenient spot in the village. we were not disappointed on arrival. The house was very clean and well equipped for all our needs during our stay. The terrace from the living room was a beautiful spot to sit and dine whilst looking at the ocean and the beach. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend Casa Pequena.  Lynne and Neil

Nov - February 2024.  We have just spent a fantastic holiday in this beautiful town house here in Luz.
The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need for your holidays. The lounge with the terrace is great and the view over to the beach is very relaxing.   So close to the bars and restaurants means you don't need a car.
Located a few minutes walk from the beach meant that we were on it every day. Being such a quiet area, we could here the sea but very little else. We would highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back.

October 23 & May 24  We have spent 2 weeks in each of the above two months in the lovely Casa Pequena, and really enjoyed both stays.
 The upper balcony has views of the sea and beach,  and is a perfect place to relax, eat and drink. Everywhere was very clean and the bed and pillows in the room we slept in were very comfortable for a great night’s sleep.
 There are many restaurants, bars, two well stocked supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within several minutes walk. The bonus is a very clean beach - around 250 meters away!     A perfect location          Rob & Shelagh

JULY 2024  My family and I recently stayed in this lovely property in Luz for our summer holiday, and I cannot recommend it enough. The property is perfectly situated just a short walk from the beach, offering stunning ocean views from the balcony. It's also close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient to explore the area without needing to drive. Luz is a lovely village and ideally situated as close to both Lagos and Sagres. The property was spacious, clean, airy, well equipped and with a great view. We made good use of the barbecue on the balcony. The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beachside holiday.  Suzy/VRBO client
