A superb 4 bedroom villa in its own secure and private grounds in one of the best locations in Carvoeiro, private GATED pool, spectacular sea views, and is less than a 10 minutes walk "downhill" to Carvoeiro village and beach
The villa is on three levels, and has 3 bedrooms in the main house and a large self contained 1 bedroomed apartment on the ground floor.
The lovely pool is at the front of the villa, is 10m x 5m in size, and is kidney shaped. It has its own covered seating and eating area, plus bar and fridge. The gate to the pool is lockable, meaning a secure environment for children.
The fabulous master bedroom suite is on the top floor, and has a huge sunny terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the sea and Carvoeiro. The middle floor has two further bedrooms, sitting room with great views, kitchen, guest cloakroom, and a conservatory leading to a lovely private walled garden with BBQ area. The apartment has a separate kitchen, and its own entrance on the lower floor at swimming pool level.
Outside, the villa has extensive tropical gardens including an orchard with plenty of fruit trees, and with comfort a priority, there are plenty of seating areas for al fresco dining including a covered area for those wanting shade from the sun. There is a car port for two cars and plenty of additional parking.
The property has an alarm system, the garden is fenced, and there are electric gates to the driveway.
The villa is situated in a very peaceful and established residential location, and is less than a ten minute walk down to the lovely village of Carvoeiro and beach, where there are shops and bars and an abundance of diverse restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. As the village is so close, a car is not essential, but advisable if wanting to explore other beaches and many areas of interest. Plenty of taxis are also available in the village. Also nearby are many golf courses, Carvoeiro tennis club, water parks and Zoomarine.

As the owners use the villa as their second home, only renting for a few weeks each year, it is furnished to a very comfortable standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and washing machine (apartment) plus all the usual utensils for your party.
The living room has a 55" HD TV with internet TV (UK and other channels), and wireless fibre based internet'
Outside, there is a large covered outdoor eating area adjacent to the dining room. This seats 8, and has lovely sea views. This opens into the walled courtyard with brick built barbecue and outdoor seating area. There are also two further outdoor seating areas.

JULY 2023 - Just back from a lovely sunny two weeks in the Algarve staying at the beautiful Casa Dos Seis Arcos, Carvoeiro. It was honestly one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in, and perfect for a multi generational family. My husband and I were upstairs in the master bedroom (with amazing balcony and view,) my mum and son on the main floor and my daughter and her boyfriend in the downstairs apartment. There was a stunning pool area and numerous nooks and crannies to sit peacefully and admire the views. The villa was well stocked with more than enough cutlery, glasses, plates etc …… Nina the villa manager was always at the end of the phone if you should need her and very helpful. The only downside was a lack of air conditioning, although fans were available in every room and it wasn’t overbearing.
A short but steep walk down/up the hill and you were in the centre of Carvoeiro with its numerous bars and restaurants, our personal favourites were A Casa do Pão, Cafe Fina and the Cocktail Garden. The Allan family

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 generation holiday to the beautiful Casa Dos Seis Arcos.
This villa is stunning with well kept gardens , plenty of different shaded seating areas and of course the pool which was a great hit with all the family.
It is a steep walk downhill to Carvoiero, which of course means a steep walk uphill back to the villa, but by the end of the week we had got used to this.
Having visited Carvoiero over 20 years ago it was lovely to see that it remains relatively unchanged with plenty of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. We had a great boat trip from the beach along the coast visiting lots of caves.
If we had to make 1 suggestion that would for a bottle of water to be left in the fridge for our arrival. This would have been greatly appreciated, as before we could relax we had to make the walk into town to get some drinks, after our journey from the airport.
We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay in their wonderful home,and also many thanks to Val for all your help and advice from booking to the excellent transfers you arranged .Will look forward to returning The Richardson Family

What a beautiful villa this is! It exceeded our expectations with amazing views and so much space for our family group of 8. The gardens were well kept and so pretty! There were so many different seating areas. We enjoyed the conservatory seating area in the evenings. My parents had the pool side apartment which was great, it was nice and cool and gave them their own space.
We spent lots of time around the gorgeous pool and having the shaded area was perfect on a hot Summer day. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was hot at times and would benefit from air conditioning in at least the living area, where we could have cooled down in the spacious living room. I realise this can often be abused which is a real shame, but we would have paid extra to feel comfortable (there were however fans).
The villa is on a steep hill down to the town, but there are plenty taxis available to avoid coming back up the hill.
Our transfers arranged by Val were excellent!

Well what can i say, this villa is fabulous. We came to this resort last year as well, but stayed in a smaller villa. This year both our daughters brought their boyfriends and as it was so big we didn't feel like we got under each others feet. It was lovely and clean and there were plenty of seating areas around the villa for you to escape, if needed. The pool was great and we ate a few of the oranges from the garden which were better than the supermarket ones, they were so sweet and juicy. We love Carvoeoiro and there are so many nice places to eat. Fernanda, the maid is so sweet, she is so quiet we didn't even know she was there. We really enjoyed Primavera, Taste, there is also a great Indian on the right as you walk up the hill, the staff are so friendly. The villa was only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach where ours hired a kayak for an hour, which was 20 euros. They also went to the water park, which they really enjoyed. That cost them 29 euros each and included the bus fare. I really hope we can return again, we enjoyed it so much. It was also in a nice quiet area.

six adults and two children stayed at the villa and it was suitable for all of us. The children, 3 and 5 year old, loved the pool and the fact it had a locked gate made it very safe. Plenty of space for the older adults if they needed a bit of me time. Very well furnished and all mod cons. The maid was delightful even though she got a fright coming across a toy snake left by the pool. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Everything at the villa was perfect yet again. We have just returned from our 4th visit to CDSA. As usual we had a wonderful holiday with our children and their partners, a holiday full of fun and new experiences. The main reason for returning to this wonderful villa is its tranquility and the lovely space it has to offer. It is located in such a peaceful location and has all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and has numerous restaurants and bars in the town a perfect balance for us. Even though the average temperature was 35 degrees we found the villa to be cool and airy. We all look forward to hopefully return next year.
A wonderful property ideal for large groups. The villa is of an older style but this gives it a lot of character. The gated pool really appealed as we have younger children and this gave us peace of mind. There are lots of secluded seating areas outside so plenty of chances to escape for a few minutes to enjoy a cold drink in the sun. The villa is at the top of the hill so there is a short (ish) but steep walk to and from town but we didn't find it too bad. There are plenty of small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance so a car isn't essential. The weather was amazing as it usually is (at least it has been for us for the 6 or so times that we have been to the Algarve). Overall, a fantastic time was had in a wonderful villa. The semi-outdoor eating area is great and it has lovely sea views. Highly recommended.
