The villa (with a FRIDAY changeover) has its own secure and private grounds, unseen from the road, in an established residential area 10mins walk from Carvoeiro beach and a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
The villa is on 3 levels, and the master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor with an emperor sized bed, dressing room, built in safe, and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, and ‘his & hers’ basins. Outside, there is a large south facing terrace with panoramic views of Carvoeiro and the sea - perfect for a sunset aperitif!
The ground floor has two en-suite double bedrooms (one king, one twin). The lounge is semi-circular with French windows and a balcony with views of the sea and Carvoeiro. There is a large kitchen/breakfast room, a guest cloakroom, and a dining area leading through French windows to a covered outdoor eating area for 8 which opens out to a private walled courtyard with built in BBQ and further seating areas.
THE SEPARATE APARTMENT is on the lower floor at swimming pool level, and has a large lounge/bedroom with twin beds and seating areas. There is a wet room and a separate kitchen with French windows leading to a private terrace with table and seating for two.
The 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool is accessed by a lockable gate and has easy steps at the shallow end. The pool and pool terrace are enclosed, providing a secure environment for children. There are sun loungers for 8, a covered seating area, plus bar and fridge.
Outside, there are extensive tropical gardens (fenced and hedged all round), and additional seating areas. There is a car port for two cars and plenty of additional parking. Access is via an electric gate at the top of the driveway operated by coded keypads and an intercom system.
There is an alarm system monitored 24x7 by a security company.
Solar pool heating is included (as long as there is sunshine), but there may be the odd cloudy day even in Summer! The pool is not covered at night.
Maid service, pool cleaning and gardener twice per week. Local English speaking management.
Cots and Highchairs are available, but please request when booking.
Car hire is not essential as the beach, shops, and restaurants etc. are only a short walk down the hill (uphill on the way back!). However, car hire is advisable for exploring further afield. Taxis/Ubers are readily available.
Equipment
The owners use the villa as their second home, so it is well equipped.
There is full fibre high speed internet and mesh wifi throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & utensils etc. and a washing machine for guests’ use in the apartment.
The lounge has a 55” 4K TV with UK Freeview in full HD, and apps for Netflix, Prime etc. (subscription required)
All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with fans.
Changeover days
Changeover days are Fridays: other days are possible but may incur additional costs. Please call for details.
Tourist tax
Since April 2024 a tourist tax has been introduced by the local council. This is €2 per person per night in the high season (capped at 7 nights), for all guests of 13 yrs and over. This will be added to the cost of the rental to avoid clients having to pay whilst on holiday.

Fabulous week in this beautiful villa. Worked perfectly for 3 generations. A home that is very comfortable and well equiped. Lots of different areas to enjoy sun, shade or a bit of peace and quiet if thats what you are looking for. We especially enjoyed the covered cabbana area at the bbq and the top terrace with the fantastic view. The pool was perfect too. Super clean and enjoyed by all. A little shaded seating area by the pool worked well with little ones (and big ones!). Fantastic location just a few mins walk from the town and elevated enough for amazing views. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute here and hope to return.

Back for a second visit to the Casa Dos Seis Arcos, Carvoeiro and it was just as beautiful as the first, a lovely relaxing 10 days in the sun. It’s just the perfect villa especially for a multi generational family, private but within walking distance of everything you could need. The pool, gardens and various seating areas are so well kept & lovely for relaxing in. Staff that come in to change bedding, check on the pool and tend to the gardens are so friendly, and Nina the villa manager is always on the end of the phone should you have any queries. Many thanks to Val for all of her help, & of course thank you to the owners for letting us share their beautiful retreat. We will be back!

JULY 2023 - Just back from a lovely sunny two weeks in the Algarve staying at the beautiful Casa Dos Seis Arcos, Carvoeiro. It was honestly one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in, and perfect for a multi generational family. My husband and I were upstairs in the master bedroom (with amazing balcony and view,) my mum and son on the main floor and my daughter and her boyfriend in the downstairs apartment. There was a stunning pool area and numerous nooks and crannies to sit peacefully and admire the views. The villa was well stocked with more than enough cutlery, glasses, plates etc …… Nina the villa manager was always at the end of the phone if you should need her and very helpful. The only downside was a lack of air conditioning, although fans were available in every room and it wasn’t overbearing.
A short but steep walk down/up the hill and you were in the centre of Carvoeiro with its numerous bars and restaurants, our personal favourites were A Casa do Pão, Cafe Fina and the Cocktail Garden. The Allan family

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 generation holiday to the beautiful Casa Dos Seis Arcos.
This villa is stunning with well kept gardens , plenty of different shaded seating areas and of course the pool which was a great hit with all the family.
It is a steep walk downhill to Carvoiero, which of course means a steep walk uphill back to the villa, but by the end of the week we had got used to this.
Having visited Carvoiero over 20 years ago it was lovely to see that it remains relatively unchanged with plenty of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. We had a great boat trip from the beach along the coast visiting lots of caves.
If we had to make 1 suggestion that would for a bottle of water to be left in the fridge for our arrival. This would have been greatly appreciated, as before we could relax we had to make the walk into town to get some drinks, after our journey from the airport.
We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay in their wonderful home,and also many thanks to Val for all your help and advice from booking to the excellent transfers you arranged .Will look forward to returning The Richardson Family

What a beautiful villa this is! It exceeded our expectations with amazing views and so much space for our family group of 8. The gardens were well kept and so pretty! There were so many different seating areas. We enjoyed the conservatory seating area in the evenings. My parents had the pool side apartment which was great, it was nice and cool and gave them their own space.
We spent lots of time around the gorgeous pool and having the shaded area was perfect on a hot Summer day. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was hot at times and would benefit from air conditioning in at least the living area, where we could have cooled down in the spacious living room. I realise this can often be abused which is a real shame, but we would have paid extra to feel comfortable (there were however fans).
The villa is on a steep hill down to the town, but there are plenty taxis available to avoid coming back up the hill.
Our transfers arranged by Val were excellent!

Well what can i say, this villa is fabulous. We came to this resort last year as well, but stayed in a smaller villa. This year both our daughters brought their boyfriends and as it was so big we didn't feel like we got under each others feet. It was lovely and clean and there were plenty of seating areas around the villa for you to escape, if needed. The pool was great and we ate a few of the oranges from the garden which were better than the supermarket ones, they were so sweet and juicy. We love Carvoeoiro and there are so many nice places to eat. Fernanda, the maid is so sweet, she is so quiet we didn't even know she was there. We really enjoyed Primavera, Taste, there is also a great Indian on the right as you walk up the hill, the staff are so friendly. The villa was only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the beach where ours hired a kayak for an hour, which was 20 euros. They also went to the water park, which they really enjoyed. That cost them 29 euros each and included the bus fare. I really hope we can return again, we enjoyed it so much. It was also in a nice quiet area.

six adults and two children stayed at the villa and it was suitable for all of us. The children, 3 and 5 year old, loved the pool and the fact it had a locked gate made it very safe. Plenty of space for the older adults if they needed a bit of me time. Very well furnished and all mod cons. The maid was delightful even though she got a fright coming across a toy snake left by the pool. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Everything at the villa was perfect yet again. We have just returned from our 4th visit to CDSA. As usual we had a wonderful holiday with our children and their partners, a holiday full of fun and new experiences. The main reason for returning to this wonderful villa is its tranquility and the lovely space it has to offer. It is located in such a peaceful location and has all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and has numerous restaurants and bars in the town a perfect balance for us. Even though the average temperature was 35 degrees we found the villa to be cool and airy. We all look forward to hopefully return next year.

A wonderful property ideal for large groups. The villa is of an older style but this gives it a lot of character. The gated pool really appealed as we have younger children and this gave us peace of mind. There are lots of secluded seating areas outside so plenty of chances to escape for a few minutes to enjoy a cold drink in the sun. The villa is at the top of the hill so there is a short (ish) but steep walk to and from town but we didn't find it too bad. There are plenty of small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance so a car isn't essential. The weather was amazing as it usually is (at least it has been for us for the 6 or so times that we have been to the Algarve). Overall, a fantastic time was had in a wonderful villa. The semi-outdoor eating area is great and it has lovely sea views. Highly recommended.
