Detailed Description of St James Apartments

This well furnished first floor apartment (lift available) is located on the popular development of St James.   The apartments are just a few minutes walk from the centre of the village.  There are a few shops and restaurants en route to the village.

For the more discerning shopper, a trip into nearby Lagos would take a 5 to 6 minute drive.  Local buses run frequently during the day.

There are 2 bedrooms  -  1 with double bed and one with twin beds.  Each bedroom has air con for summer months – these also act as heaters for Winter.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, hob and full cooker, fridge / freezer.

The Living room / dining room is comfortable furnished with sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs UK TV.  DVD/CD player.  Bose speaker / WIFI / Air con.

The balcony overlooks the pool – and is equipped with table and chairs. Rental includes use of the lovely swimming pool – for guests only. There is one full bathroom with large walk in shower, loo and WC and a separate WC with wc and basin
