Located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, adjacent to the lovely beach and yet only a few yards from bars and restaurants. E23 overlooks the Roman ruins and in turn the beach and Rocha Negra (the black rock). Apartment E23 has perhaps pride of place
on Rua Da Balneario. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age (including babies in cots)
An easy ride staircase leads to the entrance door protected by a covered porch. Once inside, the hallway leads to all rooms. To the left, the modern kitchen is well equipped and to the right is the lounge & dining area that leads to a large patio offering one of the best views in Luz. Straight ahead leads to the family bathroom, bedroom 2 with two single beds and to the master bedroom with en-suite and built in wardrobes.
E23 has undergone extensive refurbishment and modernisation that now offers a bright, open and modern space with the key focus being the amazing views.

** Winter Rents are inclusive of electricity up to 50 euros per week. This should be more than adequate if used properly. Anything over and above is to be paid by the client in euros direct to the management following the end of rental meter reading.

12-21Nov 2019 - Excellent location, short stroll to beach, bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants, ideal for those not hiring a car.
Large open plan apartment, recently refurbished to a high spec. The 25 steps from the balcony to the kitchen sink help burn off the calories! Full width, sliding patio doors together with side windows allow sunlight to flood in. The view of the beach/sea from inside the apartment and the well furnished large balcony doesn’t get much better than this. The evenings went a little chilly towards the end of our stay, so we bought logs and kindling and used the log burner, rather than plug in the radiators. We are familiar with log burners but there are clear instructions for those not used to the lighting and the daily clean out . TV set up is probably one of the best we have experienced in our many visits to various villas and apartments in Luz.
June 2021 - E23 - We loved this sunny apartment and its terrace with a marvellous view of Rocha Negra and the beach. It was cool, light and spacious, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Its location - close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach - couldn't have been better. We think it would be equally perfect for a winter break, when the woodburning stove would keep it warm. We hope to return to enjoy its luxury again.
DEC/JAN2022 - Glen . Another great holiday on the Algarve thanks to Val of Valgarve who, as usual, provided excellent service and a fabulous beach front property in Praia Da Luz. Val is very easy and friendly to deal with and a great communicator who always goes the extra mile to ensure attention to detail and fine customer service at every stage of the booking and rental process. Val also again provided a good hire car for us at very competitive rates from a very reliable company who arranged easy hassle free pick up and drop off at Faro airport. As ever, it was 10 out of 10 for everything and we could not have wished for anything more. Having been regular and very satisfied custumers for many years now we have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Valgarve to others."
We Very much enjoyed staying at 23e over Christmas 21. The apartment has an absolutely fabulous outlook over the beach at Praia Da Luz and has been recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and has all mod cons, the wood-burning stove was great for evenings in during our winter booking and the balcony is spacious and provided with comfortable outdoor furniture from which to enjoy the outstanding view. Ideally situated at the sea front centrally within the small town, the property is within easy short walking distance from all amenities including a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets etc. So good we have already re-booked it for next year!”
