Detailed Apartment Description

21C is a superb 3-bed room 2-bath room Ocean Front property in an enviable location overlooking the sea. From the garden overlooking the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are uninterrupted views to masses of sea.  The location could not be better for families and couples alike.

For clients who may not wish to be reliant on a car, the lovely sandy beach and an assortment of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes are literally just a 2-minute stroll away. For the more discerning shopper or an evening out, Lagos with it’s abundance of shops, restaurants and bars sprawling out onto its traditional cobbled streets can be reached by an 8 minute taxi or bus ride taken from the local church

Ground floor accommodation, with approximately 11 steps leading down to the front door which in turn leads into the hall and consists of:

Two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a full modern bathroom and the master is a large bright double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full stylish en-suite shower/wet room (basin and WC). This master bedroom has patio doors leading to the flowered garden & private pool.  The master bedroom has air con unit which also acts as a heater. 

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, iron & board and all the usual utensils.

The large lounge / dining room has L-shaped comfortable seating, Internet driven TV / WiFi. There is a dining table and chairs. From the lounge large patio doors lead onto the pool & paved garden.  The lounge has an air con unit which also acts as a heater.  There is also a wood burning stove (this feature is wonderful during winter months). 

There is a private “dip pool” (approx. 3.5m x 2.5m x 1.4 deep – shallow part 80cm) with steps leading into pool

There is a wonderful viewing point from the raised area - underneath the Palm tree.  You can literally sit on the outside furniture and look over the sea

1 November 2023 - 31 March 2024 - 50 Euros per week electricity is included in rental, anything over and above has to be paid for by client

We have just returned from 3 fantastic weeks in this great apartment. It was pure luxury with very good beds and everything was there.
The apartment is only separated from the sea by the promenade and restaurants and the beach are a 2-minute walk away. The supermarket is also around the corner. We could always easily park the car behind our apartment.
We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea that kept changing color in all shades of blue and green you can imagine and the rock Rocha Negra. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace and relax on one of the many loungers and sun beds available. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and Valerie's mediation was great.    We certainly hope to come back again.

JULY 2023 - Sue & Paul from Uk :   ​We have just returned from a fabulous week in 21C. What a beautiful apartment – really stunning.
So well equipped and the décor super tasteful – it felt a real treat to stay there.
It was spotlessly clean and the location is absolutely perfect.
 
I spent many an hour sitting watching the world go by from my favourite spot on the terrace underneath the tree.
The supermarket and restaurants are within a stones throw and yet sitting on the terrace looking out over the sea was a real haven of peacefulness and tranquility.
The pool area and garden is a lovely space and waking every morning to the sound of the sea “over the wall” was wonderful.
We will definitely be back

SEPTEMBER 2023 I have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Luz . I was there 16days and could have stayed another 16 . I have been going to Luz for 4 yrs now and look forward to many more yrs .
I Stayed in 21C this time what a beautiful villa it is just got a home from home feeling . It has a beautiful kitchen low lighting and has everything you need so very well equipped delight to cook in it .
The lounge area is lovely very homely. 3 lovely bedrooms good size very comfortable beds one has ensuite. Bathroom is very nice it’s got shower and bath .
The out side area is just so nice plunge pool . Lovely areas to sit . Got sun loungers / sun chairs plus an outside dinner table chairs every morning we had breakfast watching the sun rise. We had  a few drinks in evening sitting out very pleasant we just loved it .
The position of villa is amazing the view is just stunning . I can’t wait till next year .
