Apartment 21H Vista Dos Pescadores is a lovely Ocean Front property in a superb location overlooking the sea.  This 3 bedroom apartment is for 2020 being let as a 1 bedroom apartment as the owners have chosen to lock off the master bedroom and one more bedroom.

From the good sized balcony overlooking the rocky part of the beach and promenade lined with palm trees, there are wonderful views to the Black Rock (Rochas Negras) and out to open sea. As the property overlooks the Atlantic there is nearly always a perpetual breeze.

This first floor accommodation is reached via easy rise steps to the front door from where the spacious hallway leads to all rooms.

The twin bedded bedroom (1m wide beds, larger than a normal twin), with fitted wardrobes is serviced by a full bathroom off the hallway.

From the well equipped kitchen with full cooker, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual utensils, there are views to the sea through an arched opening.

​The large lounge/dining room has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, internet driven TV with a range of channels and CD/DVD players.  From here, patio doors lead onto the superb balcony overlooking the sea that is ideal for alfresco dining or that well-earned drink.  The balcony is well equipped for dining, relaxing and sunbathing and there is a full length sun blind for those who prefer some shade.
The accommodation does not have pool facilities included, but with the beach and its attractions being 'on the doorstep', it has proven to be an excellent choice for discerning couples.

"Location, Location, Location" That's what they say and 21H has it in spades.
Difficult to imagine a more perfect place to spend a relaxing week or two, looking out over the sea with only the palm trees to interrupt the view.

Inside is cosy and comfortable with everything 4 people could need for a lovely relaxing stay.

The kitchen is well equipped, comfy sofas in the living room, 2 large bathrooms, one with a bath and both with showers and bedrooms with plenty of storage space.

Just writing to say thank you for booking us into 21H , this was without doubt the best Apartment by far that we have had in Luz in 25 years ,Stunning is an understatement ,all the Major thing's are Superb but it's the lovely little touch's that set's this Apartment above the rest , and so very handy for all the Restaurant's and Bar's , all in all just Fabulous , thank you so much for a lovely Week's break. We had the most glorious week in late April in your Remarkable Apartment 21h, everything was Stunning and then some, breakfast on the balcony in the sun overlooking the most beautiful view 35 yards from the Sea, the weather reached a sizzling 29c and the 2min walk to the Restaurant's and bars was a doddle, thank you Val so very much. SEPTEMBER 2019 21h has everything. It is superbly equipped, has wonderful views, and  a convenient location in the heart of the popular but quiet village of Pria da Luz. 
Restaurants, bars and cafes, all within an easy stroll, are available to suit all tastes and pockets. The sandy beach and the artistically paved,  level promenade are similarly situated, while, for the more energetic challenging walks, with lovely sea views, await on both sides of the bay.
The accommodation is generously equipped with top quality appliances.
Kitchenware and tableware are easily sufficient for residents and even any visiting guests. On the large, south facing balcony, under the full width yellow awning is a substantial dining table with an an eclectic assortment of chairs and sunloungers. From here, as the sun sets, you will admire the ever changing colours of the cliffs above the Black Rock.
The apartment is kept in an exemplary condition by the owners and by the maids who will change linen and unobtrusively do basic cleaning during your stay.  Even if the weather should, unusually, drive you off the balcony for  a while, you will find that the indoor lounge and dining facilities are comfortable and much more than just adequate, with satellite TV,  audio, video, books all to hand if required. The bed rooms are spacious and here the mattresses are really comfortable. The bathrooms are well appointed and the plumbing is totally trouble free.   We have had the good fortune of staying in 21h several times over many years and we have never been disappointed with the holidays we've enjoyed there.   It is disappointing to learn that the owners have decided just to rent to 2 people but if it belonged to me I would do just the same.   Roger .....
