Cottage 4 Boa Pesca is well situated for clients not wishing to have a car. The terraced mews style cottage has an enviable position in a quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of the village, from the terrace it has lovely views to the sea and is just 2 minutes walk to the beach and amenities.
 
Approached via a private entrance at street level, a flight of steps lead up to a good sized private terrace, well equipped for al-fresco dining and sunbathing.
 
There is a good sized sitting/dining room, with comfortable seating, internet driven TV with a good assortment of channels DVD and CD player. The beautiful cottage in Praia Da Luz also has a ‘Fogo Montana’ wood burning stove ideal for keeping the house warm during winter lets.  A small fitted kitchen is well equipped with full cooker, fridge, microwave and all necessary utensils.
 
The principal double bedroom with full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and the second bedroom (twin beds) and second bathroom from the internal courtyard. This makes it an ideal location for couples or families with teenagers (it is not suitable for families with small children)
 
The utility room houses a washing machine.
